All Elements Mechanical is based in Orlando, FL, and provides energy audits as well as a full range of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and energy services.
Meet Our Employees
Ron Haupt, the Owner and President of All Elements Mechanical, takes great delight in overseeing all of the company’s daily functions and leading it to long-term success. Ron has been in the HVAC business since 1978, and founded All Elements Mechanical in 2008, driven by his passion to create a company built on honesty, integrity, and first-rate customer service.
Crystal Harris, our Service Coordinator, is the friendly voice that answers all of our service calls. She is committed to making sure that all of your questions are answered and that our services will be provided to you in a timely and convenient manner. Crystal has been with All Elements Mechanical since 2011 but has 12 years experience in the HVAC industry. She is currently finishing her Business degree via the University of Phoenix.
Ed Eberhardt, our Production Manager, oversees each important step of commercial and residential HVAC projects. He has been an essential part of the All Elements team since coming on board in 2009 and carries 6 years of experience in HVAC production and Project management.
Mike Murray, our Energy Department Manager, is in charge of conducting many of the assessments that help make your home or business more energy efficient. To this role he brings a wealth of experience, including not only 15 years as technician but also top-level certifications as an energy rater. His passion is putting that expertise to work for the client, performing energy audits and coming up with solutions for saving money and conserving energy.
Nancy Zaladonis wears many hats at All Elements, and they're all equally important; she handles payroll and other administrative functions, and also serves in dispatching our various technicians. She has more than twenty years of experience in her field, and says what she values most about All Elements is the chance to work efficiently and to effectively establish relationships with clients.
Robert Rodriquez, All Elements’ Comfort Consultant, makes it his primary concern to ensure that clients not only have maximum comfort in their home, but also love doing business with All Elements; he says his chief goal is to bring honesty and fairness to every client interaction. Robert has 18 years of experience in the energy industry, and holds certifications from a number of environmental and energy organizations, spanning disciplines ranging from water heater installation to indoor air systems inspection.
Ben Kellior, is All Elements' Service Supervisor is a native Floridian who has been in the HVAC industry for 18 years. Coming from a family of HVAC technicians, Ben has committed himself and his team to exceeding customer expectations. As a NATE certified technician and a Carrier Master Mechanic, He believes in success through continuing education and training. His team is continually at the forefront of emerging technologies and energy conscious ideas. His experience includes: large chilled water systems, zoning systems, refrigeration equipment, ice makers, and all makes of residential heat pump and air conditioning systems.
Nancy Kulscar, our VP of Marketing and Business Development at All Elements Mechanical, has attained most of her experience through 10 years in hospitality operations, sales and customer service. She keeps all of our various projects and goals on track, and ensures that All Elements Mechanical continues to grow and be an active and productive member of the community. Nancy says that the best part of her job is be able to reach out and educate homeowners and businesses on the services that All Elements offers to reduce engery use and save money.
